Your Puppy

Your Puppy was no accident.

Your puppies parents were carefully selected for looks, health and temperment. They have been raised as part of our family.

They have been fed and cared for, vetted as required, and deeply loved.

Once your puppy was "on board", the dams nutritional needs were assessed, and re-assessed throughout her pregnancy. And of course, I worried! I watched the calendar, and my little Momma, for any sign that her whelp was close, or she was in any distress.

When her time was close, the rest of my life was cancelled, no work, no holidays everything revolved around her and her litter. My attention solely on the little momma, and her precious cargo! She was set up in a safe and private area, where we welcomed your puppy's little life into this world.

Midwoofing is exciting, scary, rewarding all at the same time but maybe most notably exhausting. Puppies rarely arrive in a 9-5 world. Breeding is not for the faint of heart. I stay with Momma every moment of her delivery, and assist when needed. All the time hoping for everything to be perfect.

Puppies can't hear or see when they are born. At about two weeks, their little eyes open, and about three weeks their ears start to open. They are very vulnerable through these early days. Your puppy's Momma was right by their side, and I was right by hers.

As I carefully select your puppy's biological parents, I also carefully select their human families. I make every attempt to help everyone to find their perfect match.
